Steps to Get IndusInd Bank MMID by Sending SMS:
  1. Type an SMS as GETMMID
  2. Send this SMS to 9212299955.
  3. You have to send this SMS from your registered mobile number only.
  4. The bank’s system will process your request and you will receive a confirmation SMS shortly.

Using Mobile Banking App

Steps to Get IndusInd Bank MMID using Mobile Banking App:
  1. Download and Install the official mobile banking app of IndusInd Bank.
  2. If you are using an Android device then install the app from Google Play Store.
  3. And in case if you are using an iOS device then install the app from the iTunes Store.
  4. Open the app after installation.
  5. Enter your login details into the app.
  6. If you are already using the app then open the app and enter your MPIN or touch your fingerprint.
  7. Tap on “Service Requests”
  8. Select “Account Requests” from the list of requests.
  9. Tap on Generate/Retrieve MMID and choose your bank account number.


These are two simple methods that can be followed by you. But please keep in mind that you should never share details of your account with anybody unnecessarily. And the bank officials will never contact you asking for details like your username, password, and OTP, etc. If you ever receive such calls, SMS or Emails then you should not respond to those.
