      If you have not received the OTP then your mobile number is not registered with your bank account. So you have to visit your home branch and get your number registered first of all.

      Once it is registered your can retry to activate it. You will receive the OTP from the bank.

      No, you can’t activate internet banking feature in Canara Bank without your ATM card
      or debit card number.

      Not only in Canara Bank but also in other banks it is mandatory to provide the ATM card’s
      number to the bank’s system while activating the service.

      As you told us that you don’t have your card, you can request a new one by visiting your
      home branch.
