  1. Open the official website of Yes Bank.
  2. Click on “Login.”
  3. You will be taken to a new page.
  4. Click on “Continue to Netbanking.”
  5. Enter your User ID. (username)
  6. Enter your password.
  7. Solve the captcha and click on the “Login Button.”
  8. Now click on Requests which can be found in the left sidebar of the Netbanking interface.
  9. Click on “Debit Card Request.”
  10. Select the card type as “New Card.”
  11. Select your Primary Bank Account Number for which you want to request the card.
  12. Click on the “Request” button.

If you have damaged your old card then you can ask Yes Bank to reissue the same one. For that, you have to select the card type as “Reissue” in the 10th step of the process.
