There is no need to visit your home branch or follow any offline method to get this thing done. You can enable this option online using the mobile banking app of Axis Bank. But if you prefer the offline method. Then you can call the customer care of the bank on 1860 419 5555. And speak with the executive of the bank, tell the executive to enable the automatic payments for your credit card.
Steps to Enable Axis Bank Credit Card Auto Debit Facility
Follow the instructions of the online method given below.
- Download and Install the official mobile banking app of Axis Bank on your smartphone.
- Open the app after installation.
- Enter your login details like username and password into the app.
- If you are already a user of the app then enter your MPIN or touch your fingerprint to the sensor.
- Under Quick Links tap on “Credit Cards”.
- Choose your credit card from the list.
- Tap on “Total Controls” at the right bottom corner of your smartphone’s screen.
- Select “Auto Debit Payment”.
- Choose your credit card, toggle the button of Auto Debit and tap on “Continue”.
