  6. The subject of the letter should be “Correction of DOB in Bank Account”.
  7. In the body section of the letter explain that your DOB is recorded wrong in the bank records.
  8. Attach the photocopy with your application letter.
  9. Visit your Saraswat Bank home branch and submit the application to the bank officials.
