By Sending SMS
Type an SMS as CPS <space> Customer ID <space> Cheque Number and send this SMS to 9820346920 or 9821043718. Make sure that the SMS is sent using the registered mobile number only. In case if you have multiple bank accounts with IDBI Bank. Then after entering the Cheque number give a space and enter your bank account number.
By Calling the Customer Care
Call the customer care of IDBI Bank on 1800 209 4324. (toll-free number) Choose the language in which you would like to interact. After that choose the IVR option that will connect your call to speak with the customer care executive. Tell the executive that you want to know the status of the cheque issued by you. The executive will ask for the cheque number. Provide the cheque number and the executive will tell you the current status.
By Visting Home Branch
Take your bank passbook, cheque book, and an identity proof document (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card) with you and visit your IDBI Bank home branch. Go to the helpdesk and speak with the bank officials. Ask the officials to help you out in knowing the status of the cheque you have issued. The officials will help you out by telling you the current status.
