A debit card is offered with every bank account it can be either a physical or a virtual card. These days we usually have multiple bank accounts and multiple debit cards with us. Hence it becomes difficult to make sure that all our cards are safe. In this article, we will learn how you can temporarily block or unblock Freo Save debit card.
Freo Save gives customers an option to temporarily block or unblock their debit card. This gives customers the flexibility to enable or disable the transactions of the card as required. Freo Ssave or Equitas Small Finance Bank does not charge you anything to temporarily block or unblock your card.
- Open the Freo Save’s official app on your smartphone.
- Login into your account.
- Tap on your “Profile Picture” and select “Card Settings” from there.
- You can view details of your debit card(s) linked with your account.
- Toggle the “Temporary Block” button to “On or Off” to block or unblock your card temporarily.
Your debit card’s status will be updated as soon as you toggle the button. You will not receive any OTP to temporarily block your card. But when you try to unblock it you will be receiving an OTP on your registered mobile number from the bank. Make sure you never share any of your account and debit card with anyone.
