How does DigiLocker Define the Nominee?
According to DigiLocker, a nominee is a person that you may name in your DigiLocker application as the person who may be allowed to access your DigiLocker account in the future.
- Open the DigiLocker app and login into your account.
- Tap on “Menu” and then “My Profile”.
- Select the “Add Nominee” under quick links in the menu.
- Select your relationship with the person whom you are adding as a nominee.
- After selecting the relationship enter the name, aadhaar number, date of birth, gender, and mobile number of the nominee.
- If you wish you can also enter the email address as it is optional.
- Check all the details you have entered and tap on the “Add” button.
