  4. The subject of the letter should be “Reactivation of Dormant Account”.

  6. You also have assured the branch manager that you won’t leave the account unattended again.
  7. Take any of your identity proof documents. And get a clear photocopy of the document.
  8. Make your signature on the photocopy and attach it with your application letter.
  9. Visit your Punjab National Bank’s home branch and submit the letter to the bank officials.
