  2. Click on the “Login” button.
  3. Enter your account details and proceed with the login process.
  4. Click on “Services”.
  5. Select “Dispute Transaction” from the list of services.
  6. Choose the date range using the drop-down menu.
  7. Select the transaction(s) you want to dispute.
  8. Select the category of the dispute and explain what has happened in brief. (add a comment)
  9. Confirm the submission and not down the service request number for future reference.

Using the Official App of SBI Card

Steps to Dispute a SBI Credit Card Transaction using Official App of SBI Card:
  1. Download and Install the official app of the SBI Card.
  2. Open the app after installation.
  3. Login to your account by entering the details.
  4. Tap on “Settings”.
  5. Select “Services” from the settings menu.
  6. Tap on “Dispute Transactions”.
  7. Select between settled and in-process transactions.
  8. Select the transaction and tap on the “Next” button.
