To change things like the registered mobile number and the Email address we can use the “Customer Request Form”. Steps to Change Name in DCB Bank Account
The bank does not allow the customers to update the name online using internet banking or mobile banking. Instead, we will have to follow an offline method to make this change. And at the same time, you will have to provide the document that certifies your new name to the bank. It can be your Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Gazette notification.
Once you submit your request to the bank the officials will verify the details you have provided. Upon successful verification, the name will be updated in the bank records. The bank may take up to 2 working days for this change. While you visit the branch of the bank you should carry your proof document’s original copy. The bank will not ask you to submit it. But you have to show it for verification purposes.
