  1. Write an application letter addressing the branch manager of your PNB home branch.
  2. The subject of the letter should be “Change of Mobile Number in Bank Account”.
  3. In the body section of the letter explain that you want to change your number in the account.
  4. Further, you also have to clearly make mention of your new mobile number and account number.
  5. Take any one of your identity proof documents.
  6. Get a clear photocopy of your document.
  7. Make your signature on the photocopy to make it self-attested.
  8. Attach the photocopy with your application letter.
  9. Visit your PNB home branch and submit the letter to the bank officials.


The bank will not charge you anything to change the mobile number. And it will take not more than 2 working days to be updated in the account.
