Steps to Change Email Address in SBI Credit Card Online:
  1. Visit the official website of SBI Card.
  2. Open the quick contact page.
  3. Enter your primary card number..
  4. Enter your date of birth.
  5. Solve the captcha and click on the “Proceed” button.
  6. You will receive an OTP from the company to your registered mobile number.
  7. Enter the OTP and proceed further.
  8. Now click on “Edit” show in front of the email address.
  9. Enter your new email address and click on the “Submit” button.

Using Official SBI Card App

Steps to Change Email Address in SBI Credit Card Using Official App:
  1. Download and Install the official app of the SBI Card.
  2. Open the app after installation.
  3. Enter your account details and log in to your account.
  4. Tap on “Settings”.
  5. Select “My Profile” from settings.
  6. Tap on “Quick Contact”.
  7. Tap on the “Edit” button in front of the Email Address.
  8. Now generate OTP and enter the same to authenticate yourself.
  9. Enter your new email address and tap on the “Submit” button.
