And the second one is when the beneficiary has an account with other banks in India. The system will ask you to enter the IFSC code of the beneficiary if the account is with other banks in India. But in case if the beneficiary has an account with UBI. You just have to enter the name and account number.

How to Confirm Added Beneficiary Account?
After adding the beneficiary account you also have to confirm it. When you click on the “Add Payee” button you will receive a Tracker ID on your registered mobile number. Now go to Transfers → Confirm Beneficiary → Select Beneficiary Account → Enter the Tracker ID → Click on Submit button.
